The Event Log tab is shown in Figure 29.

4. For Status in Log Settings, click either Disable or Enable. The default
is enabled.
5. Click Apply.
If you enabled the log, the switch immediately begins to add events to
the log and send events to defined syslog servers.
6. To permanently save the change, select the Save Config menu
selection.
To display the events in the log, go to the next procedure.
